Specialist said there is nothing they can do about the lens in the eye. Just have to live with it. Not the good news I wanted, but it could be worse. I'm considering going to the Dr. that did the implant surgery for a 2nd opinion. Thanks again, all of you.

Lo, and behold, the specialist called back yesterday and said YES, there is something wrong with the eye. Retina is swelling. I go back tomorrow for another round. I knew something wasn't right. Just goes to show, again, trust your gut!

Went in today, Dr. says there is scaring under the retina, causing the swelling. That's causing the vision problems. I go back the latter part of May for some kind of special test at the Eye Foundation Hospital and then back to the specialist. Say the actual operation is not that serious but with my eye anything that can go wrong, will. He is being VERY cautious. I got the impression he wouldn't operate unless there is no other choice. So, time will tell. Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers and sending good thoughts my way. I KNOW it makes a difference. Pugs hugs to each of you.

PS: I going to focus on this will be ok..... and also know that it may not be. Gotta find that recipe for taking lemons and making lemonaid.
