I am so appreciative of this site. I dont visit often-- these days from time to time.
I looked in the mirror today and for once did not see an old aging body with fat pockets around my belly that I couldnt believe because when you are stressed your body compensates and protects your vitals.
Today I saw my beauty. I want to tell you all thank you.
I have bridged the gap - thru you. The secret is - to love yourself and no one can than devastate you. These sick animals are invited in our lives because we have beaconed them thru poor self asteem.
Today I love myself and look out - the world will be my trumping ground.
I love you all. Thank you for being here for all of us. Lemondropper, Femfree, all of you!
