OH MY Moved!!!!! And you needed help getting started? When? LOL!!! Those are gorgeous and I snagged mine and am going to keep it to use as a siggy in the future! I love the flowers.

The WindSong name is after Papa with how much he loved the cologne, and the flowers remind me of my Granny cause she loved flowers and kept flower gardens for years. The lilacs on the right are one of my favorite flowers of all time! But the "bleeding heart" that my granny adored too and had two of them in her yard.

But you didn't want to know all that!

I love Lukky's cause that picture just reminds me of what she would look like. One mean looking yet beautiful gorgeous mama! hehehe!

You are doing a great job at this! I don't know how to make siggies and I was supposed to teach you? hehehehe!!!

WindSong, just take care of you and the kids. I hope you are feeling better. I have missed seeing you here.

Well, I hit the grocery store and I am proud of myself. I got stuff to make salad, OK, I got lettuce, I like my salad sort of on the conservative side. My proudest purchases were diet coke and sugar free coffee mate. I also got some skinless chicken breast but not gummy bears. I am trying to teach myself to eat healthy and smaller portions. I have become a walking fool LOL but have not started the sit ups. When I was doing laundry on Sunday I sort of messed up my trapeze muscle again. (old injury that can go out picking up a small, light basket of laundry) so I have been babying that. It still is sort of not right but it is getting back to normal. It usually takes about 5 days. So that is my story and I am sticking to it. I am trying to stay focused and on track. My goal is to re-teach myself to eat right.

WindSong, we will do it! Take care of yourself, make sure you are eating right, especially while you are not feeling well. (((hugs)))

Just Fyi you dieting ladys.......my daughter just had her 20th class reunion last nite....She began loosing weight 2 mo ago using medifast which is the same one Oprah used.....She lost at least 35 pounds but better yet are the inches she went down....I saw her before she left for the reunion and she looked great.......She has worked soooo hard and gave up soooo much to lose this.....I'm proud of her Laughing

Although you may be struggling sometimes the end result is always worth it.

How are you doing? I have slacked the last couple of days but I have kicked my butt and going to get in gear today. I was having ho hum days and realized I felt worse not doing anything so I have motivated myself into action. Even though I said I am spending all day on computer I do not think I could sit still that long... I am back on the diet and staying there. Did have cheat day yesterday but not too evil. I still walk every day (my feet are my only mode of transportation -- sit ups still on the to do list but I will get on the floor either tomorrow or Friday. The last week and this week have a few errands to run and it seems by the time I get home no energy left but I am trying. Found a pic I wanted to share.

Me, I've had to hold back on the treadmill because of being so sick. But I'm still watching the eating. Not losing any prounds tho because of no exercise! I'm feeling a little better so I hope through the weekend to hit it back on the treadmill slowly and start over again.

Well, I was paid back for chuckling at my clumsy cat, I dropped my mouse and broke it. I had to dig out an old one finding it was a chore (giving birth was easier). It took me about 24 hours to find it. Then I tired to get the broken one to work (stubborn me). I am sad because the one I broke had this really long cord the old one is very short. I am now sitting on the side of the desk with my legs wrapped around (not very lady like) just wanted to give you a pic in your mind so you could laugh with me.

I slacked a couple of days on food but I have been staying away from the sweets. I have been faithful to my diet coke. I have not really pigged out but I feel like I am not on the right track. I need to get myself mentally together. I still am walking but back is still not quite right. I finally got my ben gay patches so I hope that I can get back to normal. I did nothing today but dishes and work on this computer issue. I finally gave up and made it stand in the corner for awhile and then 30 minutes ago I tried it again and it worked.

I am glad you are feeling better. Don't pressure yourself with the treadmill take it slow. Even if you only do it a couple times a week for a short time that is more than what you were doing before right. So be proud that you are grabbing this by the horns and whipping ass.

Will email you tomorrow and catch up. Be cool and take it slow

I went to the grocery store today but thank goodness my mother and her mouth was with me so I didn't get any little debbie boston creme cakes LOL!

I do good during the day, but then I wake up and am so hungry I could eat 10 horses!

Back to treadmill tomorrow after I take my kid to the doc and ask him about my poor old neck which is killing me right now.

I've gotten to the point now where I cuss out them stupid diabetes insulin commercials and anything to do with weight loss? Forget about it! LMAO!
