I got your email sweetie. I promise an answer by tomorrow. I am so swamped right at this moment, there was a problem on another board and I'm having to straighten out and put out that fire. Tomorrow latest I promise.

That is fantastic! You should be very proud of yourself.
I am walking every day. The weather has been beautiful since I got back from TX. I slacked on the house cleaning today but tomorrow my son will help me. I have almost conquered the kitchen. My doctor increased some of my medication yesterday and the makes my groggy and sleepy. It takes about 4-7 days for my body to adjust but the results are worth the sleepiness. My biggest weakness is still soda but when I shop next time I am getting diet soda for myself that should be a big plus for me. OK, gummy bears too but I am only getting them once a week and a very small bag. I am guilty of self indulging but staying with the exercising.
I was looking for something else and saw this and just could not resist it. I know there are so many cat lovers here who would appreciate it.

Such cute pictures Moved! I'm so sorry that I was unable to help you get started. I went and got sick and then my grandmother got sick and my mother needed my help with that and now my youngest boy is sick. I'm running so absolutely behind on EVERYTHING!
I've been doing the treadmill every day except for yesterday because I was sore and my ankle hurt and I walked around the grocery store examining things for an hour and a half and then had to go to my grandmothers and by the time I got home I had a horrendous headache and could barely walk.
So I showered got the boys straight and went to bed.
Mikey, thanks for that page on diabetes. I have been reading on it when I can! How are you doin darlin? I've not gotten to your emails yet. Give me a couple of days!
