Written in 1994 this was my expression of the reality of my nightmare as I tried to escape my abusive husband. This was his message to me in my words.

A swift and deadly bullet right to the brain
The message was given and I'll send it again
If you say to much and push me to far
Don't listen to me, then I'll be the star
In the drama & nightmare that will be your life
For making the decision to stop being my wife
Stand up and refuse to do whatever I say
I'll just go get my gun and blow you away
All it takes is a person with no ethics or soul
To make the suffering of another their own life goal
With my charactor and training well into place
It is really no problem to fit in this space
The attitudes and silence of the world out there
Make this easy to accomplish with time to spare
Social retribution is minimal and really has no affect
On my final solution if I get no respect
So mark my words and heed this warning
Follow my demands, or someone will be mourning
For the loss of a life, a soul, or a mind
Can be the consequences of your actions you'll find
Remember darling, that the quality of life you live
You will choose by your answers to the demands I give
Stand up fpr yourself, go against what I say....
I'll just go get my gun and blow you away.
