I have the temporary orders hearing this thursday and a 4 way conference tomorrow. After no contact since I got a temporary restraining order on April 28th. (It did end on Thursday May8) soon to be XN calls me yesterday at my office and wonders if I want to get together before Wed and discuss. Of course I do not but not sure what he is trying to pull here. Any thoughts?

Freedom~
I for one advise you NOT TO MEET WITH your N prior to any court hearings. He will try to manipulate you and may try to work things in his favor. He may even have a hidden tape recorder in case he can get you to admit to anything he thinks may be used against you.
Leave the dealings to the attorneys! If you do decide to meet with him, bring another person with you so that you have a witness to what is going on.
Just my 2 cents worth, but I have been there before.
