Hi my great help has been swimming and cycling. I live near to a pool and can be there in five mins. So hop on bike for a lunchtime or early morning swim. At first I was too tired to swim and just did light exercises but as health improved I now swim 40 lengths and have lost weight and toned up. I tell myself to swim a length for every time in my life I have felt sad and it seems to work. Sometimes I scream underwater!!!! The glow I get after is amazing. I can now fit into all my clothes and that is in itself something to thank the narc for. Also if I feel bad about some new strand of deception or narc caused pain. I buy myself a treat. A coffee at starbucks. A bunch of flowers. A new top. Bulbs for the garden. Something I will enjoy. That way there is a positive to a negative. Look after your inner child kind of thing
