Before you post we would like to give you an idea on how to work your way around our forums.

Forum Special Announcements - Please read our forum rules found in the first section called Information for members, and the other important announcements on there too, also within this section is information about Safety on the Internet and support groups like ours, as well as a Testing and Tryout section, for you to familiarise yourselves, with the functions of freeforums, and if you have any problems with the workings of this forum feel free to post on there, and we can help you.

General Discussion forums - Our second section, has all main posting forums there for your support, and if you are unsure of whether you are or have been involved with a Narcissist or a Psychopath, please go to the bottom resource and links section, which is full of information that can help you. (Please note that we are not professionals so cannot diagnose on here.)

Dr Sam Vaknin’s Forums – Is a special section dedicated to Dr Sam Vaknin, where you will find many answers to your questions, including a forum where you can ask Dr Vaknin directly.

And finally, In our Links and Resources section, you will find lots of tips on healing, and answers to any problems that you are experiencing regarding your abuser.
