Theresa, I think we should all wear T shirts that realise the horrible truth THEY SIMPLY JUST DON'T CARE. It's so hard to get our minds round that, they are in another time warp the moment is all that matters. I feel a bit of envy coming on.
Sag, Thanks for great link through that I read emotional memory managegement. I don't know how to do links but I think it's a good read for us all, thanks for the links. Trouble is the time, should some time we be released from the nightmare of discovering it all and just be normal again. I remember normal when I went about my daily life trusting and just accepting and free, good and bad, no underlying currents going on, no threats to my childrens or my lives. No weird motives now I know and it's hard work facing the truth.

He will be back, he will find some excuse, left something at your house, need to finalise an outstanding issue, etc...

You are just more of a challenge now that you know... have been there

Change all you contact details now, rather than later...I wish I had.
