Ok

True story Laughing

P was having an affair but of course not admitting to it...but there was NO doubt...the woman was one of our daughters age and married with 2 kids under 8.....p and I went to a neighborhood christmas party...walked in and were told the coats could go in the bedroom where all the young kids were playing so P took his and mine back there.....came back out and paced a bit but I was busy talking and not really noticing him....within 10 min was asking me if I was ready to leave and I said no we had just got there....still having no fun and pacing and 10 min later asked me again and we had not eaten yet so I said we needed to wait a bit......same behavior as b4...this went on for about 90 minutes....finally after we had ate and he asked again I said ok....he got our coats and we said our goodbyes and left......on the way home he told me the girl I thought he was sleeping with(DUH...I KNEW he was) her daughter was at the party in the coat room with the other kids because she was friends with the hosts daughter...this little girl recognized p(of course she had...he'd often been seen walking right into this womans house as his work truck sat outside) and he asked her how she got to the party and she said her mommy brought her and was picking her up soon(this was told to him when he 1st put our coats in the bedroom...thats why all the pacing and wanting to leave

) He needed to get me outa there b4 the mommy came...I'm sure he was lying to her as well as me and telling her we didnt do anything together...I held it until we got home and then let loose with laughter into my pillow

I couldnt stop laughing

I didnt know all of this was going on but once I did Laughing

OMG....this should happen to EVERY man lying about having an affair Laughing

I'm glad you can laugh about it. Most woman would have been devasted. Good detaching.

Too many years of his cheating Dora Embarassed

Sadly you just get used to it....then when something like this happens you just have to laugh at how totally uncomfortable he had to have been...and ME not knowing anything was amiss.....I had attempted to discuss his infidelities with him for many many years....he NEVER cheated so it was hard trying to discuss something he was so velement about NEVER happened Embarassed

Even tho I never had doubts and I KNOW they all happened.....At 1st they did devastate me....but just like seeing bad things that happen in the newspaper and if you see them repeatedly you slowly get used to them Embarassed

You know Cookie, I had thought about that, When I found out XNP was cheating, and then put 2 & 2 together, and realized he probably had the entire time we were together.

I thought.. What a chance to take!!! To be out in public with another woman, when so many knew we were together. And then being out with me and the kids, doing family stuff, how easily someone who knew OW could have seen us together.

Normally I'd say that takes alot of balls, but not in these N/P's cases. With them, I think it's total stupidity, them not thinking about consequences, and them thinking they can & will get away with anything.

I think it's there unrealistic arrogance!!!! I wish they'd ALL get busted and have to squirm!!!!!

He may have knocked me down, but I got right back up... And kicked his a**!!
(metaphorically speaking ofcourse, but if he hadn't gotten the PPO, I probably would have done it literally too!!)
