Okay......I would like to start a new post. Healthy remedies to make us feel better. I am reading a bood Dr. Perricone's secrets to health. One thing he mentioned that I am starting to do is eat better. He says that there are several benifits from fish and omega 3. Since I HATE to cook the slimy critters, I take a fish oil supplement you can get at Costco. It is supposed to be good for womens' cardiovascular, reduce stress, and help with the aging process.
WHy am I posting this? For me, it's about getting to a place that I love myself again to really take care of me. Pray and exercise go with it.
Would love to hear what you are doing to feel better.

I have been taking these omega-3 supplements for a while. You are right. There are suppose to be good for depression, lowering colestoral, arthritis among other things. Not only did I start to feel better emotionally, but I lost a lot of weight. In one year I lost 50 pounds by taking these and eating better. Oh, by the way, I buy them at Costco!! I think it was really nice of you to mention this to everyone. You are very thoughtful.

Lukky- there is plenty more fish in the sea- I think you will find wild stocks are depleting though- I hate the smell makes me pass out.
the saying is actually English in origin- first used by a satirist Thomas Love Hewitt- who is actually from my part of England.....

Even though my intent was not to make this post fishy; rather to focus on positive things we are doing for ourselves. I have to comment Lucky. Now wonder you don't like fish. I had English cod last night. I have to say it was tasteless!
As far as water consumption. We now it's good for us. I like the thinking of it as flushing P out. I could think of other places I would like to flush him though!
