Hi there,

Was quite saddened by the fact i could not access the board, is there a problem i should know about, hate to lose you all in my life, you have been such a blessing.

And the thoughts that others could not be heard or encouraged bothered me to no end.

The board was down for maintenance Sunday and until Monday morning (for my time zone). Maintenance is one of those unavoidable things for a service provider. I know they don't like disrupting their service and I was feeling anxious too!

Hey Ocean, It felt like a long time down didnt it? I was getting a bit anxious also, there was just no way to contact anyone to let them know what was happening.

I was so pleased when I clicked and it worked instead of getting the white pages. Welcome back!

Hey Oceon..... I felt like my tongue had been cut off!!!!! My lifeline...LOL
I always get up before I go to work at 7am,,,,, I kinda have this routine whereby there is,,, NO kids up,,,, and no one to interfere with my 40 mins on the net before I go to work!!!! Well this partucular morning I got up at my usual 5am ,,,,, made my bed,, put the kettle on,,, made sure my clothes were ready,,, got my coffee and sat down and by that time the PC was all ready for 'MY TIME'!!

Logged on,,,, did the ususal email checks and then went to log in here!!! It was all gone!!!! just some stupid message about down for whatever.. be back soon!!!..." I couldnt believe it.... tried several times and NO GO!!!
I tell ya I panicked.... !!! ONG wheres my lifeline???? I was beside myself I tell ya...........

Fortunately I had a couple of people I could email from here to releive my state of anxiety that the whole site hadnt been totally ditched!!!

So I say,,,,, get to know a few people off here and exchange email addresses by PM... ( if this happens again).... if you arnt comfortable with giving out your main address just create a hotmail or something similar...... and I gotta say,,,,, it was kinda fun once I realised it wasnt just me......... I got to know a few people a whole lot better and we had fun being silly about how hard done we were not being able to get on here......

LOL... NLHV sometimes theres nothing to say but just agree!!!... wasnt it the damn pitts not being able to come here and have a bit of fun with all these people who just GET IT..........or just sit back and learn......

I hated it... its like a family here.... some people I havnt met,,,,, but feel sure you are all distant relatives..... Smile
