I just joined the group and was surprised to see this topic at the top of the page. I just got out of court, too. The court dropped the charges. Since I couldn't <mentally> go to mediation with the sociopath all charges were dropped. Turns out the state I'm in demands that people go to mediation with sociopaths (all the signs are there). Recreating trauma in victims is something this state does not care about. I don't know what society I live in anymore but I hate it. He's been torturing me for years and nobody seems to care. I did exactly what the authorities told me to do and I got royally screwed over. Sorry to be so down....but glad to be here. You're not alone, pug. I'm just so sorry youve been suffering, too.

Dear DEvestated9,

Welcome to the forum, you have come to the right place...sorry to have to meet you here but the place is the best place in the world to get support and heal in my opinion.

Feel free to post here and there will be someone with a good answer for you, or just to say "i can understand" or "I care"---and you are not alone! Welcome

Thanks so much for the warm welcome, OxDrover! It's nice to hear the words "support" and "heal." I've been feeling so alone. Many thanks to you and everyone else for being here.

Hello Devasted

I am sorry that you are experiencing the same as me.
I am not giving up!

I had started Civil proceedings in Oct 2005 but this had to be "Stayed " until the Criminal Case had been heard.

As I have written earlier this all went wrong on 10/9/07 and was devasted that he had beaten the professionals. However they said that the way they had done it meant that it was better for my"Civil Case".

I now have further proof that he is a lying P....... and how he just laughs at the legal system. Hopefully theJudge will see through him.

I will continue to read this site, it has helped me a lot already to know that others unterstand the frustration, anger and upset we feel.

If I can help or support anyone I am here.

Hi Devastated, Welcome to the boards. Im sad to hear what you have had to endure. I'm always amazed at the legal system's inability to consistently recognise the psychologically clever moves that disordered people use. They will stop at nothing to get what they want, or if in a corner - to get out of it.

Hope you find some comfort here with us, settle in, people will help all they can.

Pug - Got to say I was thinking about your case alot last night - the sheer absolute madness of what he did in that courtroom.....I can so relate.

William Hague...good idea! I think Moved's idea is great - didn't William Hague used to be a lawyer before? Not sure..........can't hurt though, get all the support you can.....
