There is this cereal that doesn't raise blood sugar that my dad found. I can't remember the name of it, but I remember it looks like rat terds. LOL I was hoping that this banana nut stuff was going to be Ok. Oh well. Just gotta keep trying!

I snuck a candy bar last night. First cheat. Back on the wagon, or should I say treadmill today.

Asian cat would approve that I need to work that candy bar off!

I did my first time on the treadmill today. 10 minutes was all I could handle before my back couldn't handle it any more and I had to stop LOL

But I'll do 10 minutes and 10 minutes and 10 till I get strong enough to do more and more and more!

There's someone else in the house who likes the treadmill too. He likes it. LOL look at this:

OK, working on diet. Did have burger for lunch but planning on just soup for dinner. Walked too much so house cleaning will wait till tomorrow. So much easier to diet at home. I can't wait till my shopping day next week. I am getting excited about doing salads. I promise I will not put chocolate syrup on it. I may look into slimfast because I just hate to eat breakfast but know I should put something in the old bod besides coffee. I want to make healthy changes as well as dieting. I mean that is the only way to keep the weight off - slowly and making those changes in my life style. I am making progress up Mt. Everest. I promise I am getting on the floor and starting sit ups next Monday even if I can only do 2 to start with. I have to start somewhere.
