Hey Cookie,
are you still successfully off the ciggies? I am about to undergo my fifty billionth try...I know this is a bit off topic..but just wanted to ask you how you did it, and how you managed.

Sheer determination hon Laughing

Didnt hurt either that I lit one up on my last day and thought I would pass out.....Still don't know what that was but it was scary........I used the drug chantrix also which Drs are giving out to help with the cravings and it DID......the best thing about this drug tho were the dreams I had......WOW......they were just amazing....I met the man of my dreams in one of my dreams(maybe more than 1)Talk about the REAL Mr wonderfull Rolling Eyes

I wont ever forget him Laughing

I still have about 10 pills leftover and just might take them again for the dreams Laughing

Oh ya....worked on the smoking too Wink

I quit in April so it's been almost 5 months.......Chantrix is definantly the way to go.......Sweet dreams Laughing

and if Mr wonderfull shows up remember this....HE'S MINE! Wink

Ah hah....lol..I have had the most shocking flu and bronchitis and finally had to go to the doctors...and guess what? I got a prescription for chantrix too...I start this week...so glad you told me that...i did alot of research on it and it seems to be good, but I am glad now I know someone who used it and it worked. Very Happy

I'll let you know when I start on it and how I go.

PS...tee hee re the man of yer dreams...lol...I remarried (very happily) since the ex p...and he'd want to know what kind of chaps turn up in me dreams ....lololol!!!! Very Happy

I think the directions say to start taking the chantix b4 you quit.....I didnt do that...I didnt get them till after I quit...Still worked on the cravings tho......Let me know if you have any really nice dreams on it Tildy ok? It had to be the chantix because I dont normally have dreams like I did then.......Good luck becoming an ex smoker Laughing
