Why is N allowed to hover your door and your business unattended when he has backed out of the agreement to buy it. Have you changed the locks on your house?

Then he has also backed out of the agreement for you not to record what is going on in your office. What if you install some security cameras and recorcing in the office? Nanny cam? How many years do you have invested in the business? Did you have the computers backed up? Just some suggestions. The courts stood by knowingly allowing my N to destroy 3 of our businesses. Told me to but out and I was not to interfere. I also requested lap tops and recording N and also got talked out of it. Actually the same game, put both of us in separate rooms, attorneys went back and forth, N agreed to a simular type agreement as yours, took all the business essentials, I was not to record him or interfere, N backed out after he got the essentials to steal the business, then started a cooporation- actually with his attorney-

But somehow he managed to declare bancruptcy and reduce child support by thousands a month. Six digit salary before courts got involved. Now 2 divorced household living on wellfare.

Please be careful and don't let the attnys bully you. Stay stong. The smarter and stronger they know you are, the more the attnys will try to "arrange decisions without you". Spliting you from your X so you could not record the meeting, Ns agreements, both attny witness of it and a signed agreement from N right then was a good example of how they will start to erode your confidence away. Just my thoughts.

It NEVER occurred to me that they split us up because I was recording. Actually, I wasn't. I assumed having the lawyers as witnesses was as good as recording.
