Alice Miller - The Body Never Lies
Alice Miller - Prisoners of Childhood (I believe it has a different name now)
M. Scott Peck - The Road Less Travelled
"Transformative Learning"

Also:
Deepak Chopra - The Deeper Wound

And:
Any teachings of the Buddha, in particular: "The Four Noble Truths" and "The Eightfold Path" (there is good information on the internet)
