Hey Cookie...been thinking about ya...how are ya doing with not smoking????? I hope you are doing well.....you will be amazed how much better you will feel once you have been off them....it's as different as night and day! Just wanted ya to know you are in my thoughts....

Laughing Thanks hon for the thoughts Laughing It's been hard but thanks to all I've learned on this board I'm making it....Treating the ciggarrette like a n/p Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing N/C Laughing I've been extreemly tired which they say is common because nicotine is a stimilant....feltlike crap as well.....Am told that will happen when the toxins are getting out of your bod...I'm taking the chantix and it should kick in this weekend helping with the desire for one.....All my friends are being very supportive and helpfull...My friend Jim is quitting too on Sunday(says he wanted to see how I did first Laughing Laughing ) and feels confident with how I'm doin....It's a wait and see as far as he goes Laughing Laughing On the good news side....none of my friends smoke....so I now fit in better Laughing

I am so happy for ya Cookie!! Initially, you may feel like crap, but
it gets better...hang in there cuz it will be worth it! You will feel better than you ever have before! You Go Girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
