Diagnosed Narsaccist

Postby Bonsaimaster » Thu May 07, 2015 2:45 pm

I am in a custody dispute with my ex wife. I have been divorced for 4.5 years. I originally was awarded final decision making authority for all 4 of my children in the original divorce. My ex then went on a mission to destroy my business forcing me to sell my practice and relocate. She prevented me from moving with the kids. Two months later she turned around and asked the court to move to another state. I apposed and she agreed to take a mental health assessment. She could not move if she was found to be a danger to the kids now or in the future. She was diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I asked the court for emergency custody and the judge allowed the kids to move with me. At the hearing to finalize the order the another judged stated that the psychologist did too much testing on my ex. He ordered the kids go back to the mother. The mother has also proclaimed that my daughter who is 5 has allergies that only she can treat. The pediatrician here suspects Munchhausen's by Proxy. Not sure what to do next. Want to protect my children but the courts seem to prevent that from happening.
