Yes, go punch a pillow or your piled up laundry. Punch it until you can't punch any more. Great stress reducers.

Picture his face on a pillow and go for it.

To give vent to your creative side, do post up your poems here if you'd like or some other place (best not to disclose actual names until you check with your lawyer about slander/libel lawsuit issues)

Tell the guy right off - put his picture or other object and really let er rip. Tell that picture every nasty thing you've ever wanted to say, but NEVER NEVER NEVER do it to your abuser. That would be telling them what ticks you off and what they'll target if they ever again get another chance.

Send that email to YOURSELF - never to the abuser.

Give yourself the power booster thrill of saying NO (with no explanations).

Give him a slap shot from the air hockey game in your imagination. Right in the kisser!!

I have tried a few of those. They work! I was actually thinking of doing kickboxing with him in mind. It's a win-win situation as I could shape up at the same time.
