Psychopath and Narcissist Survivors Support Group

I divorced a psychopathic narcissistic attorney 13 years ago. He married a psychopath/sociopath 6 months before our divorce was final. He left me financially and emotionally devistated, sued for full custody of my 2 young children and won then proceeded to destroy my reputation and comunity standing in the small city we live in. He was quite successful.
My son and daughter are now 19 and 17. Living with these two abusive people has been torture for my children! My daughter seems to have taken the brunt of it and is now in a 90 day drug rehab for girls.
This is my question:
What is the dynamic between a psychopathic narcissist married to a psychopath?
As horrible as my ex is, his wife, my children's stepmother is MUCH worse! She ABSOLUTLY runs the show and uses every psychopathic trick in the book to insure she stays in control.
Can a psychopath really intemedate and control narcissist?
How can I help my children recover from the years of brainwashing and abuse by these two monsters?
PLEASE HELP!!
