A friend of mine has five shih tzus and I just love the dog. I'm more a big dog person but I live in a condo so a small dog is more feasible.

So I picked up my puppy tonight and I'm so happy.

Some joy in my life for a change.

It's black and white and male.

Anyone have any ideas for a name.

He kind of looks like oscar the grouch but I don't want to name him oscar. I want something cute, new and unique.

A happy moment in my life.....for the first time in soooooooooooo long.

Congratulations Mommy!

He will make such a big difference in your life. As n-magnets, we tend to like to nurture and care for. Now you have someone who will give it back uncondionally! I'll be thinking of a name....

I'll throw the names Patches, Rascal, or Santana out there. Aren't dogs a blessing?

Thanks guys.....I have two cats but there is just something about a dog/puppy.

I've never owned a dog in my adult life. I'm so excited.

What a change in my frame of mind. Something else to think about!!!! Something to love.

This is the happiest I've been in uh, say since I met the ex!!!!

Santanna.....I like that. That's a possibility!

I have a male dog. His name is Happy. That's pretty plain and simple. More importantly it's how you feel now that N is out of your life and this little puppy is in your life. Another suggestion, Paz is peace in Spanish. If you don't know how the vowels are pronounced in Spanish, the a in Paz is pronounced as in pot rather than in pat.

Enjoy the puppy breath!! Gotta love it.

Hugs,

Man, you guys have got great suggestions.

I love Santanna (unique for a dog), Carlos (ethnic), Paz (very unique), Bacci (cute, and I know that game), Dexter (love it!)....

Oh man, I hate the fact that there are 259 different choices of bandaids....

THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!
