Hey Lukky Girl. Those kids...... gotta love them, eh? LOL I think you're lucky that they want to cook or fix something to eat, but ya, it's better if they cleaned up too. And hey! Mowing the lawn AND weeding? How did you get them to do that??? LOL

Punishment Lemon Girl.. they had to be punished for their wicked sins I tell ya there was one mess here and I dont even know what exactly it was they were trying to cook!!! There were noodle packets and eggs, mushrooms and goodness knows what else all in a frying pan... and I just couldnt believe it,,,, Dishes everywhere.... They had drunk a three litre bottle of orange juice and used a separate glass everyime they had one!!! It was Mutiny in the Lukky household I tell ya.... after I made them clean up the mess,,, they got sent to the gardens.........peace now!!!
I told them if they cant be trusted to be home alone while Mother slaves her butt off at work I am going to hire a Nanny.... a very wicked Nanny...!! I heard one of them mutter.... "hmmmmm well she couldnt be any more wicked than you!!"
I just smiled at that one....NC with the boys right now.... _________________ 'The Best reaction is no reaction'

| Heheheh. Moms are the meanest people in the world when you're a kid. I remember those days with my daughter. I couldn't get her to be interested in cooking at all. Now, she's quite the cook and being a "meanie" to her own kids, lol.

Ohhhh Lemon isnt it so weird this cooking thing with kids....thats funny about your daughter...I was the opposite... I loved cooking as a kid and My Mum always made me clean up afterwards and now I would quite like to find me a Chef!!! A Non P/N one...l but will leave that off the Menu for a while I think.... quite like the single life right now and if I have to cook then so be it.... _________________ 'The Best reaction is no reaction'

Oh boy! Experiments....... I've made a few of those
Well NLHV, I'm 53. I had my daughter when I was very young with my first husband. Daughters oldest boy will be 17 and her two youngest are going to be 9 and 6 I think (I'll have to think about that).
I'm an ex party animal, lol. Did more than my share in my younger adult life. It's funny, while I was living and married to the last ex, I wasn't "funny" nor did I have a lot of fun. I was so busy fixing and rescuing him, I didn't have time for fun. So I guess I'm making up for it now. It feels good to be silly and just laugh.
