I'm wondering if reading body language in relation to lie-telling is of any value when applied to a narcissist. Would a narcissist's body language betray the fact that they were lying, or do they convince themselves of the veracity of their manufactured reality so completely that their body behaves as if they were telling the truth? And even if not, do their 'tells' tend to differ markedly from non-narcissists?

Narcissists and psychopaths end up believing their own lies and confabulation and have been known to fool polygraph tests. Experts say that the tells are the same, but much more rare and random with narcissists and psychopaths:
